ALIEN ACTIVITY: Not really alien, but it could pass for it in some parts. Q(uirinus Quirrell), a wizard whom Ianto employs around the grounds for prettiness (of the grounds, not that Q doesn't have his own prettiness), demonstrated a magical potion to us called "polyjuice" that has a polymorphic affect on those who drink it. I'm not sure if that sounded scientific or Dungeons and Dragons. The point is that it appears to temporarily rewrite someone's expressed physical traits based on someone else's DNA put into the mix. And it tastes bad. Very bad. I've had alien drinks that turned out indigestible by humans and what came back up tasted like that. I may or may not be exaggerating.

RIFT ACTIVITY: Q inexplicably magicked up some coins that appear to be from both Ancient Greece and wizards. Possible temporal fluctuation causing that? This area's a mess of activity, after all. I don't really know magic or the supernatural since almost all cases of it Torchwood's encountered have a more natural, if extraterrestrial, explanation.

SECURITY: The security of my attire was threatened with an energetic assault. For its own protection, it was quarantined.

STAFF: Through polyjuice, Ianto and I temporarily exchanged appearances. Thorough investigations were conducted to insure that no staff members were adversely affected by the transformation.
